RTE Radio 1 Interview

I'm delighted to have had the opportunity to talk about 'Rebels to Reels' and Dan McGovern on 'The Ryan Tuberty Show' on RTE Radio One on Thursday 14th April. Oliver Callan, was the celebrity stand-in host of what is one of Ireland's most listened to radio programmes. As a child incidentally, Dan McGovern lived for several years in Oliver's home village of Inniskeen in County Monaghan, Ireland before moving with the McGovern family into Carrickmacross and the then RIC barracks there in what was of course, the calm before the storm of the Irish War of Independence between 1919 to 1921.

Fast forward again to 2022 and I wish to extend my sincere thanks to Oliver Callan and his team on the Tuberty Show for inviting me onto the programme to discuss the book.
